  • Where You'll Work
  • In-person work is a requirement for 4-5 days per week. The role is split between our offices in Palo Alto, CA and San Francisco, CA
  • Domestic and international travel is expected when required

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering life-changing treatment options into the hands of patients
  • Familiarity with the drug discovery, development, and commercialization process
  • Experience working on commercial projects
  • Proven technical and business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems using a structured, analytical approach
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter attitude
  • Extremely fast learner
  • Exquisitely detail-oriented
  • Highly empathetic and emotionally intelligent
  • True expertise in the use of ChatGPT/Claude, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into succinct presentations
  • Ability to conduct in-depth modeling, including NPVs
  • 3 to 6+ years of relevant business development / operations / strategy experience in biopharma
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a top-tier professional services firm (e.g., consulting or banking) strongly preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred
