Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage accounting processes efficiently. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and reporting support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with exposure to supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
