About the role
Our Rural Real Estate team is in an exciting period of growth across Queensland and as such, we have a number of permanent, full-time opportunities across the state for Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives to join our team! Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career. With immediate opportunities in: Toowoomba, Townsville, Roma and Dalby a market competitive remuneration package is available with flexibility in structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history.
Responsibilities
- As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
- List, market and sell properties
- Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
- Participate in Branch business development programs
- Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
- Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
- Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
- Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
- About you
- To succeed at Elders, you:
- Hold a Real Estate licence (or working towards one) and a current driver's licence (essential)
- Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences
- Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
- Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail
- Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
