- Proven leadership managing leaders of leaders (GMs, area/regional managers)
- Strong data-driven decision-making and operational modelling capability
- Experience driving transformation and scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Fluency in English and ideally another major language on the continent
- Willingness to travel extensively across the continent
