About the role

Bournemouth Council is seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to join the Learning Disability Service team as an Adult Social Worker. This role involves undertaking outstanding review work, including scheduling and conducting in-person reviews, reassessments, carer assessments, and support planning as needed. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will conduct in-person reviews and reassessments within the BCP geographic area. Additionally, you will provide support and training for the Mosaic case management system.
