Requirements
- The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Manager position will:
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, including experience owning a product domain end-to-end.
- Have a demonstrated track record of defining and launching multiple successful products or features that drove measurable business impact.
- Demonstrate strong systems thinking. Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with user research, A/B testing, and product metrics.
- Have experience leading or closely partnering with cross-functional teams of UX/Design and Engineering talent.
- Have superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Preferred: Have experience in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or campaign-related technology.
