Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Lead to join our team in San Bernardino, CA . As a Logistics Lead , you'll coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement and team development. How You'll Make an Impact: Establish standard work and support training of team members Coordinate labor and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Support shipping and receiving operations, including forklift backup when needed Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system deployments Identify and address safety hazards through audits and proactive initiatives Communicate performance concerns to the shift Team Leader Escalate maintenance, quality, and safety issues to leadership Identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes Support onboarding and training of new hires Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Other duties as assigned Position Details: Plant Location: San Bernardino, CA Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Compensation: $28.00 per hour What's Unique About This Role: Be part of a team that directly supports Ecolab's mission to protect public health and the environment Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and processes Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Grow in a supportive environment that values safety, collaboration, and shared success
