Job Description PURPOSE : To package a quality product for shipment to our external and internal customers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: Package quality molded product in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner Relieve machine operators for all breaks Make up boxes for packaging Maintain a clean work area including: conveyor belts, automation equipment, machines, and floor Ability to do required paperwork Must Aid & Assist Line feeders when time allows (ex. pulling pallets and stocking machines) Assist new operators as needed Ability to efficiently operate every machine in the department Perform all other duties as directed by the Molding Manager, Group Lead, or Lead Follow all Critical Safety guidelines and wear all required safety equipment
