Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TraneRental Chiller Services to customers and ensure maximum revenues throughaccounts penetration.

Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree inMechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC system,Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services
- 3years of sales experience
- Understandingof rental business and industries and knowledge of construction or relatedequipment is a plus
- Possessstrong negotiation and selling skills, and excellent customer service skills
- Strongpresentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal andwritten)
- Strongplanning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customerdriven and ability to work independently
- Proficiencywith computer skills and MS Office (especially Words and Excel)
