Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the RFI (Request for Information) and content management function, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and strategically aligned deliverables
  • Oversee the RFI content library, including maintenance of systems and tools supporting content management

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, collaboration, and consistency across teams
  • What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within RFI, content management, or related functions (e.g., project management or commercial operations)
  • Demonstrated experience using proposal/content management tools (e.g., Qvidian, Responsive)
  • Proven ability to mentor, train, and support the development of team members
  • Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical, written, communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment
  • Demonstrated collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Based in India or able to work in India in alignment with local employment requirements
