Responsibilities

  • Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions in alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment practices.

  • Internal Responsibilities:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
  • Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience conducting workplace or employee relations investigations.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting employees within a multinational organization.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters and high-volume case workloads.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience using HR Acuity or similar employee relations case management platforms.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to support organizational objectives and workforce initiatives.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training delivery experience.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple levels of management.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and employee relations programs.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that support operational efficiency and employee relations processes.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and complex workforce environments.

itD is seeking an Human Resource Manager to support workplace integrity and employee advocacy by conducting complex employee relations investigations, providing expert guidance on employment matters, and partnering with stakeholders to foster a respectful and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and HR consulting, with a proven track record of resolving complex employee matters, influencing business leaders, and driving fair and consistent outcomes. Location: Remote - United States (Candidates may be located in any U.S. time zone; preference for individuals able to collaborate with a manager and team operating in Pacific Time.)
