Key Responsibilities: Safely transport residents to medical appointments, social activities, and other destinations as scheduled. Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of transportation vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families regarding transportation schedules and any changes. Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to supervisors. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous driving experience, preferably in healthcare or senior transportation. Ability to assist residents with mobility challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work flexible part-time hours with variable scheduling. Pass required background and driving checks.
