Responsibilities

  • Lead daily studio stand-ups and coordinate scrum-style production workflows across Creative Production team members.

  • Experience leading daily stand-ups or production check-ins with the print and digital production team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent jobs, deadlines, file requirements, and stakeholder updates with accurate delivery outcomes.

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals and code version control basics used in digital production workflows.
  • Exposure to print production workflows, file preparation, or integrated studio operations across print and digital channels.
  • Experience identifying or implementing workflow improvements, automation, or AI-enabled production tools.
  • Portuguese language skills or experience collaborating with Brazil or LATAM-based teams.
  • This posting is for an existing vacancy at Klick. The base salary range for this position is between CAD $65,000-80,000 per year. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
