Experience and Skills: Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience with a track record of meeting targets/KPIs Customer-focused with good communication and relationship-building skills Positive team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs Punctual, disciplined, and able to commit to rotating shifts (opening & closing).
