Talent Acquisition Consultant - Executive Search & Recruitment Strategy #HDC

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and talent requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract quality candidates across various channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and screening activities to evaluate suitability.
• Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining high service standards and responsiveness.
• Leverage recruitment technology, databases, social platforms, and networking opportunities to identify talent.
• Build long-term professional relationships with both clients and candidates.
