Your mission We are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Intern to join our SaaS company and accelerate our business automation initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and implement scalable AI-powered workflows using n8n and related technologies. Your responsibilities: Automation Development & Implementation Design, build, and maintain production-ready n8n / Make.com workflows integrating APIs, databases, and LLM capabilities Implement n8n/Make.com automations for complex business processes and data transformations Develop error handling, monitoring, and audit systems for workflow observability Business Process Optimization Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and People teams to discover automation opportunities with measurable success metrics Prioritize automation projects based on impact, effort, and strategic value Document workflows clearly and provide training to stakeholders Essentials Hands-on experience with n8n or Make.com platforms Proficiency in JavaScript for workflow functions and expressions Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and basic authentication (API keys, OAuth2) Experience working with modern LLMs and prompt engineering Strong problem-solving skills and autonomous work style Excellent spoken and written English Nice-to-Have SQL skills for data validation and reporting Exposure to business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, Google Workspace) Familiarity with Git, Docker, or deployment practices Experience building HR, Support, or RevOps automations Understanding of RAG concepts or workflow orchestration tools Active participation in n8n or automation communities Previous experience in SaaS company environments Paid internship, opportunity to move into full time job if successful Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies Professional development budget for training and certifications Direct impact on company efficiency and scalability 100 % paid sick leave within the agreed limits; Events, celebrations Work on unique, market-leading, SaaS products, with clients all over the world, from New Zealand, Japan, Europe, US, and Latam; Work closely with people who value diversity, hard work, friendly relationships and love their jobs, and get all together to the next level!
