About the role

We are an agile, fast-moving player in the mobile telecommunications space, offering highly competitive mobile plans. We operate with a lean, powerhouse team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and makes a direct impact. We are looking for a relentless, full-stack Digital Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of our marketing engine-from digital ad serving to creative generation and everything in between. This is not a traditional, segmented corporate role. You will be our all-in-one marketing engine. While there may be instances of Out-of-Home (OOH) marketing, your primary battleground is digital. You will architect campaigns, build funnels, leverage AI to generate creatives, and analyze data to drive mobile plan sales. You will operate largely autonomously but collaborate closely with our lean core team to ensure our products and promotions hit the market with maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management : Design, deploy, and manage campaign structures across Google Ads (including Performance Max), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
  • Creative & Content Generation : Spearhead our creative production using Canva/Adobe and cutting-edge AI tools to design visuals and AI-driven UGC-style video ads.
  • Funnel & Web Optimizatio n: Maintain and update website content to ensure seamless user journeys, high conversion rates, and optimized marketing funnels.
  • Email Marketing : Design, write, and execute targeted EDM blasts to nurture leads and retain our existing customer base.
  • Data & Analytics : Monitor Google Analytics and platform-specific metrics daily. Understand call campaign metrics, draw insights, and take decisive, corrective actions to optimize ROI.
  • Product Mastery : Quickly learn the ins and outs of our mobile products, data plans, and the broader competitive landscape to market them effectively.
  • What You Bring to the Table (Skills & Experience)
  • Proven hands-on experience running ads and structuring campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • High proficiency in Google Analytics and interpreting performance marketing data.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (like Canva/Adobe) and a strong eagerness to utilize AI for creative asset generation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and EDM execution.
  • Plus Points (Highly Desirable):
  • Experience with modern search visibility-not just traditional SEO, but also AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to capture AI-driven search traffic.
  • Strong working knowledge of the broader MarTech ecosystem, with an eye for tools and automations that can streamline operations for a lean team.
  • Familiarity with the telco/MVNO market. (If you don't have this, a proven ability to learn new products rapidly is mandatory).
