- Proven people management experience
- Experience within a commodity trading environment is essential
- Strong understanding of commodity trading processes, market dynamics, profitability analysis, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and business partnering skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
- Preferred
- Experience in agricultural commodities trading
- Experience working in an international matrix organization
- Knowledge of risk management principles and commodity market exposure
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
