More about the role Job Summary As the Engineering to Order (ETO) Engineer You will be responsible for designing customized, engineer-to-order (ETO) lighting products, as well as creating and maintaining the associated product codes and data. Key Areas of Responsibility Design and documentation of enginering to order, sub-assemblies and assemblies, in accordance with quality specifications and standards, and carrying out tests and analyses of products and components, participation in tests and test batches with a view to their full form Analysis and evaluation of the construction by eliminating the risk of faults in the full life cycle of the product, minimizing costs and investments, ease of assembly and organization of production, safety and transport economics, ease and Installation security and daily use by the customer, ensuring product recycling Analyze the causes of product and component complaints and improve their design to achieve the required level of quality Technical support for other areas of the organization within the framework of the construction of products and components - participation in FMEA, etc Ensure that documentation of all components and product specifications is complete Use and maintain the CAD tools in accordance with department's and business standards Collect and maintain product information in SAP database Support the approval of new components Participate with Quality and Assembly to engineering to order product release Create the TPD (Technical Product Documentation) : drawings, mounting instructions ....) and product BOM (Bill of Material) Organize assembly of prototypes, samples and delivery when relevant Support Assembly when ETO products related issues. Critical Experiences Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics or a related technical field to ensure foundational knowledge in engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
