Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Embed ML/AI into core business capabilities: You will build deep expertise in P&C insurance workflows and translate that knowledge into practical ML/AI-powered analyses, decision tools, and visualizations that improve how work gets done.

• What You'll Need to Succeed
• Education: You have a master's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
• Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in an ML/AI development role, with experience deploying ML / AI models into production and associated governance procedures.
• Technical Skills : You have a broad understanding of modern ML architectures, familiarity with cloud and ML platforms. You have strong Python programming skills and experience with various ML libraries.
• Core Competencies: You have excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills. You are highly analytical and use your communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders to solve problems.
