Requirements

What You'll Do as a People & Culture Project Specialist - TA & Payroll We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Lead P&C process decision-making, ensuring end‑user experience is prioritised and core processes, KPIs and reporting requirements are clearly defined. Participate in project forums and design workshops to identify required decisions, cross‑functional dependencies and process impacts across P&C. Drive timely decision-making within P&C, validating outcomes with key stakeholders such as COEs, country teams and Finance. Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify, standardise and enhance P&C processes while balancing global consistency with local needs. Align global people processes, technology, data, security roles/permissions and project deliverables through collaboration with the P&C Process Manager, Project Team and Data Analytics. Support delivery by coordinating across P&C/Payroll programmes, embedding process changes (training, job aids, workshops), and proactively managing risks, issues and inter‑project dependencies.
