Additional Information

Completes the production process for printed material by operating bindery equipment including Folio, Cutter, Drill, Perforator or Padder. Supports the manufacture of Business products through a continuous production operation requiring an understanding of work methods and procedures as well as various binding machines. Work is typically routine although some discretion may be allowed. Applies limited knowledge and expertise applicable to the specialty for the implementation of predominantly short-term tasks and projects for business needs. This job description may describe one skill (or part of a skill) within a multi-skilled production team member job. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Performs required preventative maintenance. Performs other tasks as assigned. efficiently operates bindery equipment - moves work from conveyor to equipment; ensures work is even as it moves through the equipment to prevent jams; pushes buttons to operate equipment; removes work from equipment; performs required quality checks; moves work from equipment to conveyor; cleans and restocks work station. EDUCATION High school education required or equivalent required.
