Associate Media Specialist, Survey Programming

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that media is edited accurately and meet researcher's specifications
• Create and design frames to implement media within programmed surveys
• Multi-task and manage complex projects at various stages
• Seek ways to enhance productivity and find efficiencies
• Create training and update process documentation
• Assist in technical aspects of survey preparation tasks
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Software Development or related field
• 2+ years working experience in a video editing and/or programming capacity
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with video conversion and encoding tools
• Thorough knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Confirmit software is an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor communication approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities

Additional Information

As an Associate Media Specialist, you will be responsible for providing editing and managing media for use in online surveys. You will play a consultative role, working closely with internal clients in helping to define the role of the media in the survey, and editing to ensure best practices and quality execution.
