About the role
Weare looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to help drive the nextphase of product growth across our trade finance and supply chain financebusiness. Responsibilities
- Product Innovation and New Product Design
- Identify product opportunities across receivables finance,factoring, supplier finance, buyer-led financing, distributor finance andrelated open-account trade finance structures.
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions and country teams tounderstand client problems, market gaps, competitive positioning and newproduct opportunities.
- Translate business ideas into clear product constructs,including target clients, transaction flows, eligibility criteria, recoursemodel, pricing approach, operating model, controls and implementationrequirements.
- Drive the design of new product variants, programmestructures and market-specific adaptations.
- Support product roadmap planning and prioritisation based oncommercial value, client demand, operational readiness and risk appetite.
- Product Governance, Risk and Policy Design
- Partner with Risk, Operations, Fraud, Legal, Compliance andFinance to design product policies, control frameworks and approval conditions.
- Prepare product papers, risk committee papers, approval notesand product governance documentation for new products or major product changes.
- Ensure product design covers key areas such as buyerobligation, supplier eligibility, invoice validation, assignment/ titletransfer, collections, dilution risk, fraud risk, dispute handling, recourse,repurchase events and operational controls.
- Work with functional partners to convert approval conditionsinto clear operating procedures and implementation checklists.
- Maintain a strong control mindset while enabling commercialgrowth and product scalability.
- Product Commercialisation and Sales Enablement
- Own product commercialisation from internal approval tomarket launch.
- Run product workshops and enablement sessions for Sales,Solutions, country teams and other frontline stakeholders.
- Prepare product positioning, sales talking points, clientpitch inputs, FAQs and deal-structuring guidance.
- Support Sales and country teams on client discussions, dealqualification, pricing, product fit and programme structuring.
- Act as the product expert for assigned product areas and helpfrontline teams convert opportunities into executable transactions.
- Product Performance, Revenue and Business Outcomes
- Track product performance across GTV, revenue, utilisation,pipeline, client adoption, pricing trends and portfolio growth.
- Work with Finance and business teams to understand productrevenue, margin trends, commercial performance and growth drivers.
- Identify revenue gaps, adoption issues or underutilisedproduct capabilities and propose action plans.
- Cross-functional Execution
- Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams toensure product requirements are clearly defined and build priorities arealigned with business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Fraud and Legal teams toensure products are launch-ready, controlled and operationally scalable.
- Support UAT, launch planning and post-launch issue resolutionwhere product judgement is required.
