Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to four executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, invoice processing, expense reporting, and preparation of meeting materials

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support in comparable functions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across teams
- Knowledge of Concur, Workday
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
