BIM Modeller & Coordinator

Requirements

• A Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a Specialist Diploma in BIM, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, including work with C&S, Reinforcement, Architectural, and MEP-related projects.
• Experience with HDB BTO projects will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural construction documents.
• Ability to deliver models and shop drawings with a high degree of quality and within set timelines.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D simulation, and Quantity Take-off.
• Experience in managing project Common Data Environments.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex project schedules efficiently.

Additional Information

Roles & Responsibilities Create precise and well-structured Architectural Revit (BIM) models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Generate detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings derived from BIM models, appropriately annotated for tender and construction purposes. Establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures, including sheet layouts, layering conventions, modeling processes, and drawing formats. Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring productive collaboration and delivery within deadlines. Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals. Possess strong expertise in Revit/BIM software, particularly in Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and industry standards. Oversee the coordination process, facilitating data exchange and collaboration between project stakeholders using BIM. Demonstrate expertise in drawing coordination and BIM management within the Singapore construction sector. Ensure As-Built/Record Models are meticulously maintained and updated. Support information exchange processes using established file-sharing protocols.
