Digital Transformation Intern

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping Support: Assist the project lead with visual workflow modelling. You will use tools like MS Visio or draw.io to map existing operations step by step, capturing how data and processes flow across the team.
• System and Workflow Design: Help translate real world operational workflows into clean, structured digital blueprints designed for maximum efficiency and scalability.
• Digitalization and Automation Scoping: Evaluate mapped processes alongside the team to identify manual bottlenecks and find opportunities where tasks can be automated or streamlined through modern enterprise systems.
• Project Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project lead to deploy these new systems, ensuring that newly designed workflows seamlessly support the day to day business operations.
• Academic and Technical Requirements:
• Education: Open to current undergraduates or recent graduates from Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics , Business Administration, or any discipline with a strong logical and systems thinking mindset.
• Process Mapping Tools: Prior experience or strong comfort with workflow diagramming tools (MS Visio, draw.io, Miro, or similar) is highly essential.
• Operational and Supply Chain Insight: A strong interest in how data, software, and physical processes interconnect. A foundational understanding or knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or order fulfilment workflows is a distinct advantage.
• Systems Literacy: Quick to grasp how enterprise software, digital workflows, and core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts function.
• Professional and Soft Skills:
• Detail Oriented Mindset: The ability to break down a busy department's daily routines into highly precise, clear, and logical step by step maps.
• Efficiency and Automation Drive: A natural inclination to look at manual, repetitive workflows and find ways to make them faster, smarter, and digital.
• Collaborative Dynamics: Strong communication skills to gather process requirements from team members and clearly articulate your findings to the project lead.
