Job Description Your Team PTP (Global Business Services) Your Role - Senior Process Associate - Customer Service & Payments (Procure to pay - Accounts Payable) Handle and resolve vendor and internal queries related to Invoice status Payment status / delays Missing or duplicate invoices Vendor setup / updates Respond via ServiceNow tickets, emails, or workflow tools Ensure queries are resolved within defined SLAs and TATs Monitor payment status and respond to queries Adhere to SOX controls and internal policies Route requests to appropriate AP teams (Invoice Processing, Payments, Vendor Maintenance) Follow up with processors to ensure timely closure of tickets Update users on status and provide clear communication Prepare and execute payment runs(Wires/ACH/EFT/CHECKS) Monitor payment status and resolve (Failed payments/Rejections) Investigate and resolve issues such as (Delayed / missed payments/ Incorrect invoice processing/ Bank or payment failures) Support month-end close activities Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Maintain professional and customer-focused communication Coordinate with AP processors, treasury, or business teams for resolution Escalate critical / high-impact issues (e.g., urgent payments, vendor escalation) End to End knowledge of P2P The Experience You Bring 4+ years in Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing & Payments) Exposure to global AP operations - Knowledge of payment methods (Wires, ACH, Checks) Basic tax knowledge (GST, VAT, withholding) Automation exposure is an advantage - Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) Ability to manage high-volume queries and deadlines Attributes Attention to detail, structured and disciplined, ability to multitask under pressure Self-motivated and accountable, collaborative team player Academic requirements Bachelor's / Master's in Finance/Accounting Financial services knowledge is an advantage Shift Timings 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (or as per business requirements) Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) No Workplace Model At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
