Lead Civil And Structural Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and designing life science/pharmaceutical type of facilities in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA Eurocode, Greenmark, Buildability score and Singapore C&S permitting requirements.

Additional Information

Main Duties: Leading design and calculations of building foundations, substructure, & superstructure for various design stages, adhering to various requirements. Collaborate and communicate with client and project team members from various disciplines to formulate and integrate the design that is fit for purpose, suitable to support the functions and interfaces with equipment. Managing the Singapore Authority structural submission package and responding to the authority queries. Construction & technical support: conduct review of shop drawings, respond to site queries, conduct site verification.
