Revenue Strategy & Growth Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Revenue Strategic & Growth Analyst to join our Revenue team. This role will involve diving deep into operational processes, identifying challenges, and driving impactful changes in uncertain and fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate has a strong data and operational background, thrives on solving complex problems, and is unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. They will work across teams to implement solutions, deliver results, and support the company's most critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve core operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority special projects, often requiring quick turnarounds and hands-on involvement.
• Work closely with leadership to address operational bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, from diagnosing challenges to designing and implementing changes.
• Develop and refine metrics to measure success, ensuring alignment across teams on methodologies and data sources.
• Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Ops, Marketing, GMs, and leadership) to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Act as a thought partner to senior leaders, providing insights and support to help shape strategic initiatives.
