Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will provide executive and administrative support across the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. You will support coordination of complex diaries, events and administration while working closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders . Yo u will gai n exposure to University -wide priorities and develop experience within a senior executive office. Due to operation al needs of the position, onsite work (Parkville campus) is required for most working hours. What you will deliver: Support the Vice-Chancellor's Executive Assistant with diary management, meeting coordination , briefing processes, travel logistics and day-to-day office administration. Provide diary, email an d documentation support to the Director and Chief of Staff. Deliver efficient administrative s upport for the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, including on finance and HR processes. Play a proactive role in contributing to broader Office activities within a collaborative, dynamic team . You may be a great fit if you : Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, or bring equivalent administrative experience within complex organisations. Bring demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leaders. Manage time and competing priorities effectively, working collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Exercise discretion, diplomacy and judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information and stakeholder interactions.
