About the role
Our CPA Dubbo site is an established and experienced team with a strong MDT approach and high level of clinical expertise; there a strong team culture that has developed over many years and a really sense of teamwork and collaboration when on site. This role offers tailored flexible working arrangements which suit you/ your family situation. In this role you will work with a varied client caseload with 75% of clients you support living with cerebral palsy and/ or similar conditions and the large majority of your caseload will be paediatric (0-18) A typical week as a therapist at CPA you will spend approximately 70% of your week onsite at our centre on Gipp Street in Dubbo and the rest of your week offsite supporting client appointments in their home, school or relevant community setting. Most travel is within Dubbo however we also support clients across the Orana region as team. As a therapist you will have access to comprehensive and adaptive clinical education/ supervision support with onsite visits and virtual supervision sessions. Resources onsite include: Technology and space for Telepractice services Pool cars, ceiling hoists, eye-gaze technology, huge selection of toys, assortment of specialised assessments, full switch kit (environmental access) Mini-gym including Treadmill Magic Carpet Surface Pro and Tobi eye gaze camera (AAC) Accent 800 (AAC) What Can You Expect? - Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Evidence of current SPA registration or a willingness to attain it.
