About the role
Job Responsibilities: Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards & activities are in compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies Establish/review SOP, work instruction and operational standard for food quality and safety to meet SFA, Halal, HACCP/EU and FSSC requirements Review effectiveness of corrective/preventive action initiatives for factory non-conformance Ensure materials, process and product specification are met before production Organize and conduct GMP, food safety and CCP/OPRP related training to factory staff.
