- Background in construction, infrastructure, data centres, or large-scale developments

- Proven track record leading cost functions or large, multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a global consistent and high-performing cost management function
- Experience in cost intelligence and benchmarking ensuring this is embedded and actively used across the business
- Ability to ensure accuracy and confidence in cost forecasting and investment decisions
- Previous success in cost savings and value creation delivered across the global portfolio
- Ability to support business cases with concise, data-driven expository documents
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
