Leadership Communications Manager, AVP

Responsibilities

• You'll also be:
• Supporting the strategic communications advisers to counsel the executives of the business on the most effective means of engaging their employees and colleagues
• Delivering annual and 90 day plans for communications across the relevant functions
• Supporting on key events for the functions including stakeholder engagement and content development
• Managing all deliverables of the campaign to internal audiences
• The skills you'll need
• To succeed in this role, you'll need an excellent attention to detail and experience of delivering or overseeing communications events. You'll also need a strong track record in employee communications across communication planning, delivery and channel management in support of business strategies.
• You'll also demonstrate:
• Writing communication briefs and driving engagement initiatives
• External communications exposure is beneficial but not mandatory
• Familiarity with AI led content creation
• Experience using platforms like Viva, Engage etc.
• Must possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Should be capable of independently managing communication requirements for the function
• Experience in Global Capability Center or large enterprise internal communications is preferred.
