We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Graduate ! The sales analytics graduate position is part of the Sales Operations Team, which provides support the external sales team. In this role you will play a key role supporting our analytics team with data preparation and working closely with external sales teams to shape reporting and insight. This is a hands‑on role for a graduate who enjoys analysing data, collaborating with colleagues and helping turn numbers into insight. In this role, you will: Support the preparation, validation, and structuring of sales data from multiple sources Assist the analytics team in producing standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and performance insights Work closely with external sales teams to understand reporting requirements and translate ideas into analytical outputs Support analysis of sales performance, trends, and opportunities across products, regions, and channels Contribute to continuous improvement of sales reporting processes, tools, and data quality Support the analytics team in their mission to implement automation, AI, and Machine Learning Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives Interested? Working Hours : 39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
