Community Investment Manager - Environment and Supply Chain Innovation

About the role

- Development of global and geographic-specific strategies - both long-term and time-specific - Shaping and refinement of grantee criteria; including impact and scale - Internal and external partner relationship management; collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution - Targeted research, including landscape analysis, impact assessment and opportunity mapping - Maintaining and leveraging knowledge of global current affairs and political issues - Manage change and implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture - Analyze metrics and feedback to inform data-driven decisions to evolve community initiatives - Produce and maintain regular status reporting - providing actionable insights to senior leadership - Think strategically, translate big ideas into actionable plans, and implement with precision to achieve goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of developing and refining criteria, driving scale and measuring impact
• Knowledge of global social impact landscape
• Ability to plan, communicate, handle, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and self managing
• Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Strong written and communication skills
• Fluent using Apple technology tools (e.g. Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel, pivot tables)
• Demonstrate ability to think ahead and take action to ensure success
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting objectives and priorities, and new challenges
• Established success managing complex external relationships and coordinating across multiple internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, from strategic analysis to execution, in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• 10+ years of direct experience in corporate philanthropy, non-profit philanthropy, community partnerships or government aid distribution
• Experience leading strategy in Social Impact, CSR, and/or non-profit engagement with an emphasis on partner management and crisis response
• Familiarity with Mac OS X and iOS","internalDetails":null
