JOB SUMMARY: Polaris is looking for a skilled specialist with expertise in the trade compliance field. The specialist should have strong knowledge of global trade compliance regulations, post entry audits and restricted party screening. The ideal candidate must possess solid analytical and audit skills, with strong attention to detail and experience in data reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI. Effective communication, collaboration with global teams, and familiarity with SOPs and process improvement practices are essential ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Audit Specialist will work closely with global trade staff globally. Perform daily Weekly Audits & Monthly Post entry audits (SPI, ADD CVD, Ace Audits, Entry packet, Valuation) for US, CA & EMEA. Perform restricted party screening. Assist in the implementation of standardized trade SOP, controls and systems. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across trade operations Ensure quality reports are shared with the team as per the company policies and compliance norms. Maintain audit‑ready records and organized evidence repositories. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and control narratives. Maintain audit trackers and data accuracy.
