Information Technology Manager

About the role

1. IT Operations & Infrastructure Oversee day-to-day IT operations including networks, servers, cloud services, hardware, and software Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability Manage IT asset lifecycle (hardware, software, licenses) 2. Information Security & Compliance Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement preventative controls Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PDPA, ISO standards if applicable) Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning 3. User Support & Service Delivery Manage IT support services (internal helpdesk or outsourced) Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and user satisfaction Develop user guidelines, training, and documentation 4. Project & Change Management Lead IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and migrations Translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholders 5. Vendor & Budget Management Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency 6. Strategy & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain IT roadmaps aligned with business strategy Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and process improvement Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems Experience managing vendors and IT budgets Preferred / Nice to Have IT certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, Microsoft/AWS) Experience in data protection and regulatory compliance Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations Competencies & Skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation High integrity and risk awareness Service mindset with business orientation Why Join Mama? ✨ A brand that celebrates creativity and personality ✨ A chance to shape the identity of our bar program ✨ Opportunities for growth within the Mama family ✨ Supportive, fun, and inclusive work environment ✨ Competitive salary and attractive team benefits
