Responsibilities
- Own the hourly recruiting process end-to-end, including phone screens, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding support.
- Coordinate and schedule key employee events such as orientations, benefits enrollment, and exit processes.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, or HR support experience (we'll teach you the HR side).
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred - or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, especially with data entry and recordkeeping.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable style.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and quickly learn new systems (Microsoft Office required; HR systems a plus).
- Starting at $27.00 per hour. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
