Talent Acquisition Consultant - Executive Search & Recruitment Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across various channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and hiring stakeholders.
• Create compelling job advertisements and manage postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support ongoing business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within internal systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market movements, and best recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Resourceful, resilient, and motivated to achieve both individual and team objectives.
