Supervisor, Imaging Operations (1st Shift)

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will:
• Lead and develop a production team of 50 - 60 employees by providing daily direction, mentoring, and cross-training to ensure high performance and accountable standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to research and resolve issues, modifying work procedures as needed to meet evolving customer demands and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with operational workflows and organizational standards, including the management of employee schedules, timecards, and accurate invoicing processes.
• What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production or imaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and technical workflows required to manage complex digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability in team leadership and organizational management , with a track record of meeting strict quality and outcome-focused deliverables.
• A High School Diploma (required), while a College Degree is preferred to support professional growth.
