  • Spend approximately 80% of working time in the field, including 50% outside Bucharest

  • Required Qualifications:
  • University degree
  • Relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in vaccines
  • Experience in team coordination
  • Strong knowledge of the vaccine portfolio, customer base, and business environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic financial knowledge and budget control experience

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager - Vaccines to lead and coordinate a team of medical representatives within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion of vaccines in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
