Responsibilities
- Technical Systems & Hardware Support
- Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.
- Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.
- Network Support
- Patch network ports and trace network lines.
- Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.
- Telecommunications
- Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.
- Troubleshoot phone‑related issues and ensure reliable communication services.
- User Support & Site Planning
- Plan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.
- Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.
- Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
- Partner with other IT teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives.
- Support both unclassified and classified systems.
Requirements
- Required:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph (non‑negotiable).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant IT support experience .
- Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware .
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Desired:

- The proposed salary range for this position is:
- $103,800 - $218,100
