About the role

Presentation & Communication Support - Develop and maintain high quality PowerPoint decks for project finance updates, business cases ROI calculations, and stakeholder discussions - Help structure slides to clearly present market research, competitor analysis and potential use case benefits - Draft clear and concise written materials such as executive summaries, meeting notes and follow ups - Support senior team members in preparing materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders Market Research & Technology Scanning - Conduct ongoing research on emerging technologies (e.g. AI, agentic systems, digital banking innovations, fintech trends) - Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and vendor solutions relevant to banking and financial services - Distil insights into clear implications for business opportunities and risks - Translate analytical outputs into clear insights and visuals Stakeholder Coordination - Work with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and vendors to gather inputs and clarifications - Support coordination of meetings, agendas, actions, and follow ups - Help ensure alignment by tracking decisions, dependencies, and action items Business Case Development - Build end-to-end business case decks including: o Problem statement / opportunity framing o Proposed solution and operating model o Value drivers (cost, revenue, efficiency, CX) o High-level financials / cost-benefit analysis o Risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
