We are looking for a Head of E commerce to own and manage our direct to consumer online shop and drive its performance across all markets. This role owns on site revenue performance and daily ecommerce execution, leading a small ecommerce team and working closely with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care to ensure the website sells effectively and continuously improves. Your Tasks Own overall DTC ecommerce performance across all markets, including conversion rate and average order value Translate commercial goals into clear ecommerce priorities and concrete on site actions Monitor daily performance and react quickly to opportunities, issues, and stock or conversion risks Own homepage, category pages, product pages, navigation, and onsite merchandising decisions Ensure the website is always clear, conversion focused, and fully aligned with the brand Make final decisions on onsite structure, hierarchy, and merchandising trade offs Lead onsite execution of product launches, campaigns, promotions, bundles, gifts, and seasonal initiatives Ensure strong alignment between marketing campaigns, stock availability, and onsite execution Lead, develop, and prioritise a lean, high impact ecommerce team Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand, Supply Chain, Tech, and Customer Care Partner with Tech to scope, prioritise, and deliver website improvements Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs, sharing clear insights and recommendations with leadership Focus on actions and outcomes, not reporting for reporting's sake Your Profile Six to eight years of experience in DTC ecommerce, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle Hands on experience owning onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising Strong experience working with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms Proven background in onsite optimisation and ecommerce operations Highly commercial and execution driven mindset Comfortable making trade offs between brand, speed, and conversion Data driven, pragmatic, and outcome oriented Able to work in a lean setup with high ownership and accountability Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and make decisions Experience working in international, multi market setups is a plus Experience managing agencies or freelancers is a plus Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands Fluent in English, another European language is a plus What Success Looks Like Continuous improvement in ecommerce performance and onsite efficiency Smooth, timely, and well executed product launches and campaigns A clear, well prioritised ecommerce roadmap focused on commercial impact A fast moving, pragmatic ecommerce team with clear ownership A website that consistently sells well and supports brand growth across markets
