We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, Site HR (All Genders) to join the Pandora People Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will collaborate closely with People Partners, People Operations and other COE teams to drive operational excellence, governance, and engagement across our Singapore and Thailand hubs. You will also partner with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and success of HR programs and processes. Key responsibilities include: Formulate, review, and localize entity-specific HR policies; own the content on the intranet portal Design, review and manage site specific HR processes Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the entity Drive site engagement activities and community support in close partnership with local ERG groups. Analyze site employee engagement data to identify focus areas and improvements. Oversee administrative governance for the hub entities, including P&C related contracts, statutory compliance requirements, managing company swag, and PO approvals. Manage ad-hoc entity-wide programs/projects and communications. At least 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or Site HR Lead role for a medium sized company Core skills and knowledge of HR operations & process management, budgeting, HR policies & compliance and employee engagement & culture building Strong operational, governance, and stakeholder-management capabilities Strong sense of ownership and a problem solving mindset Excellent influencing and verbal & written communication skills Adaptable and comfortable navigating in a rapid paced matrixed environment A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Regional exposure across Southeast Asia would be a plus This role is opened to Singaporeans & Singaporean PRs Flexible hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days WFH) Fast-paced, high-impact environment with opportunities to shape one of Asia's leading quick commerce platforms Diverse, collaborative, and international team culture Exclusive foodpanda employee discounts and perks Competitive flexi benefits and leave entitlements Strong opportunities for learning, growth, and career development
