About the role

As Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you will shape how Precisely is understood across the analyst community. You will serve as the primary point of contact for industry analysts, ensuring our story is accurate, consistent, and grounded in corporate and product strategy. You will lead both the strategic direction and the day‑to‑day execution of analyst engagement, partnering with internal stakeholders to align priorities, participation, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Precisely's analyst relations strategy, including annual planning, firm prioritization, budget management, and engagement models
  • Lead all day‑to‑day analyst interactions, including inquiries, briefings, and follow‑up
  • Plan and manage participation in analyst evaluations, including Magic Quadrants, MarketScapes, and Waves
  • Orchestrate analyst briefings, ensuring clear narratives, well‑prepared speakers, and effective supporting materials
  • Maintain consistency across analyst messaging and outputs by aligning narratives, positioning, and proof points
  • Translate analyst research, inquiries, and feedback into clear insights and share them with key internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage analyst engagement materials, including briefing decks, insight summaries, and periodic analyst communications
  • Track analyst deliverables, timelines, and commitments to ensure expectations are met

Requirements

  • Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in analyst relations or closely related roles (such as product marketing, competitive intelligence, or strategic communications)
  • Direct experience working with major analyst firms, including Gartner and/or IDC
  • Demonstrated experience managing analyst briefings, inquiries, and evaluation participation
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex product and market information into clear, credible narratives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging senior leaders and executives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Travel is required: Yes - Approximately 5%
