Responsibilities

• Design experiences across the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to conceptualization to delivery and launch
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, researchers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to identify and define design problems
• Conduct and collaborate on user research, testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and inform design decisions
• Validate design decisions through rapid prototyping and experimentation
• Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver high-quality experiences
• Help shape our internal design system with consistency and efficiency in mind
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Requirements

• As a member of the Benefits Experience design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams delivering the Benefits experience. You will rely on your systems thinking skills and obsession of craft to solve complex design problems and deliver elegant and delightful solutions.
