Our success is built upon a foundation of talented individuals, and we are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our team in Sofia. Main Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and HR documents. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees. Assists in local, regional and global HR payments for EMEA countries - BG, France, Switzerland Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Assist with organizing HR internal and external events - training, employer branding, wellbeing, ad hoc HR projects & initiatives etc. Assisst in preparation of internal and external communication - HR Newsletter, screens, flyers, posters ect.
